The business of the meeting will be as follows:
1. Confirmation of the minutes of the 2018 AGM 2. President's Report 3. Treasurer's Report including Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet 4. Declaration of all committee positions vacant 5. Election of Returning Officer 6. Election of the 2020 Board and Committee
